Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding is formal attire. For women this means a cocktail dress or floor length dress. For men this means a traditional suit, please note that tuxedos are NOT required

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we do love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

Do you have a hotel block for guests?
Answer
Under our 'travel' tab, we have two accommodations listed: New Hope Inn & Suites and the Logan Inn. A room discount is reserved for our wedding guests at the New Hope Inn & Suites. Mention the Willard-Smith wedding when booking via phone to qualify for the discount. Please use the discount code LNBM when booking online. Rooms at the Logan Inn are first come first serve, and based on the availability of dates requested.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?
Answer
We will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. We love our photographer and she is very good at what she does! Please let her do what she does best and we will promise to share any ceremony photos once we receive them. Feel free to take as many photos as you would like, post ceremony (and please be sure to share them with us!)

What is the deadline to RSVP?
Answer
We are kindly requesting all RSVP cards to be returned to us by November 3, 2023 in order for us to provide the final headcount numbers to the venue. If we do not receive your RSVP by that date, we will assume you are unable to come and will be marked as "no". Thank you for understanding.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
While the ceremony starts at 3:30pm, we ask that all guests be seated and ready by 3:15 pm to allow us to start the ceremony on time.

What should I do if I can't make it?
Answer
We are sorry to hear & you will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Is there parking available for the ceremony and reception venue?
Answer
For those who decide to drive themselves rather than using a ride service (like Uber) there are parking lots and street parking available for the Church service located in Doylestown. Hotel Du Village also provides complimentary valet parking for the duration of the reception.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
