Can I book the resort myself through the resorts website or another travel website?

Answer

NO As we did a buyout of the entire resort, all other booking platforms have been disabled. Please email vrm.events@viceroyhotelsandresorts.com to book your room and make a reservation. Make sure you tell them rooms are under Will and Ryan Wedding in order to get the group rate!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you book as early as possible, preferably by August 12th, 2023.

Are kids welcome?

We kindly ask that you leave all creatures (both furry and human) at home this time as it is an adults-only resort!

Can I bring a date?

Absolutely! As long as they have a passport :)

Of course - please let the reservation team know of your request during booking.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will be updating the schedule with confirmed times for the Cocktail Reception and Dinner Reception. However, this weekend is all about relaxation - no other events will be scheduled to ensure the ultimate stress-free weekend!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Yes - transportation will be provided! Please go through the link on the 'Travel' section to submit your flight information!

What is the attire for the weekend?

Answer

Nothing fancy or formal here - you're at a beach! For the Beach Cocktail Party - Beach Casual (keep in mind it's on the beach so plan those high heels accordingly, ladies)! There will be a basket available to ditch the shoes if you prefer! For the Dinner Reception, Resort Chic Attire: No formal wear nor suit and tie. Men: Linen pants or similar comfortable trousers and casual button downs. Women: Sundresses or maxi dresses - no LWDs or LBDs needed por favor :) Keep it simple - you're at the beach after all...think linens, naturals/neutrals, florals and prints if you want! Most of all - COMFORTABLE!
