You may take which ever airline you please, but we recommend JetBlue because they have shorter flights with lesser layovers. There is a website that you have to go to and complete the information prior to boarding your flight. It is required for everyone who is flying into and out of Colombia. This may be completed up to 1-72 hours prior to your flights departure time. This must also be done for your flight that is departing Colombia. Please visit the link below to complete information. This is very important! As mentioned above, this has to be completed prior to boarding your flight to Cartagena, Colombia. It takes just a few minutes and you’ll just need your flight info and passport info. If this is not completed, then you will not be allowed to board your flight.

*Update* I have been notified that you can make an initial deposit then payoff the balance when you arrive to the hotel. Just make the request for a deposit when you email Genny! ❤️ We are asking that our guests stay at the Hotel Movich Cartagena de Indias as this is where our wedding ceremony/reception will be held on the 360 Terrace rooftop event space at the hotel. You do not have to stay at this hotel, there are many other hotels that are available in the area. The Movich Cartagena is a beautiful boutique hotel within the Walled City of Old Cartagena. When Genny emails you back with the rate, keep in mind, hotel rates will be in Colombian Pesos COP$ Superior single or double-email Genny for rates Luxury single or double-email Genny for rates Premium single or double-email Genny for rates And these rates are including the 19% VAT (Value Added Tax) which is a tax that you will pay at any hotel in the country of Colombia. These room rates will be available to you 5 days before and 5 days after our wedding date. So the dates available at those rates are 9/21/26-9/30/26.
