What time zone should we follow for the wedding events?

Answer

We’ll be running everything on Eastern Time (ET)

Question

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes. Plenty of on-site parking will be available for guests at the venue at no cost.

Question

Will the wedding be held indoors and/or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting). The reception will be held indoors, with outdoor spaces available for guests to enjoy throughout the evening.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal / cocktail attire. The ceremony will take place on grass, so please plan footwear accordingly.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

Yes. We will have a shuttle service to transport guests to and from the wedding. The shuttle will pickup guests at the Country Inn & Suites starting at 4:20pm ET with the last pickup at 5:15pm ET. Return shuttles will run throughout the evening starting at 9:30pm. Last shuttle departs at 12:30am
