FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP on our website by May 15th, 2025.

Question

How long do you suggest we stay on the island?

Answer

However long you'd like! We planned for our wedding to be on a Thursday so our guests can turn the trip into a long weekend. We recommend flying in the day before (August 6th) so you can attend our welcome party!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please find hotel recommendations (and discount codes!) under the Travel section of our website.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4pm. Please arrive at 3:30pm (30 minutes early) to ensure you are at the venue on time.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. We have coordinated for buses to pick up guests at both the Royal Hawaiian hotel and Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort for transport to and from the ceremony.

Question

Where and what time will the buses be picking up guests?

Answer

On August 7, buses to the venue will depart at 1:50 PM sharp, so please be at your pickup location by 1:40 PM to ensure you don’t miss them. - Outrigger Waikiki Beach (2335 Kalākaua Ave): Two buses will be parked here. - The Royal Hawaiian (2259 Kalākaua Ave): One bus will be parked here. One bus will depart from each hotel at 1:50 PM. The second bus at the Outrigger will serve as overflow—it will leave shortly after, swing by the Royal Hawaiian to pick up any remaining guests, and then head to the venue.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is VERY limited parking at the ceremony/reception venue. If you are planning on renting a car, please reach out first before deciding to drive yourself to the wedding. We encourage all of our guests to use the buses we are providing.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes, we are! Please find a link to our registry on this website.
