Due to limited space and an open bar kids are only welcome if they are included on the invitation or RSVP.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

To maintain cost efficiency I recommend using Air BnB. Asheville has many hotels downtown, if that is what you prefer, but the rates on weekends is usually no lower than $250 a night.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking behind the venue, signs and staff will direct you upon arrival.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Because there is an open bar I recommend using Uber or Lyft to and from the venue. Uber does offer scheduled pick up services I recommend setting that up beforehand to avoid not having service at the venue.

I am from out of town, which airport do you recommend flying into?

Answer

There are three airports to chose from listed below: Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) in Asheville, North Carolina sometimes expensive, but this airport is 20 minutes to town. Charlotte Douglas International (CLT) in Charlotte, North Carolina this airport is a 2 hour drive to Asheville. Greenville–Spartanburg International Airport (GSP) in Greenville, South Carolina this may be the best option. It is normally the cheapest and the drive is 90 minutes.
