Where will the Ceremony/Reception take place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be at the same location in South Windsor. Ceremony begins at 4pm sharp. Reception will be from 4:30pm-9:30pm.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

All guest should arrive no later than 3:30pm.

Are cellphones allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

During the ceremony there are to be NO CELLHPONES OUT. There will be a moment during the ceremony specified by the officiant to take a quick photo. Beyond that we ask you please be respectful and not obstruct fellow guest's view. We want our guests to see our special moment without interruption. There will be a photographer and videographer during the ceremony, the pictures will be available after the wedding. There will be plenty of opportunities for photos during the reception! Thank you!

Is there a dress code?

The dress code is cocktail attire! Although the wedding will be on the 31st, COSTUMES ARE NOT ALLOWED.

The guest list is by RSVP only. Only invitations that specify a plus one will be honored.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Our venue has a designated parking lot for all our guests.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have secured a booking block with the Cambria hotel in Manchester South Windsor.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

For those guests who have booked at the Cambria Hotel, we will have a shuttle service that will go to and from our designated venue! Please be mindful the ceremony begins at 4pm sharp! More information for shuttle times to come!

Will there be alcoholic beverages?

Answer

Our venue includes an open bar for our guests who are 21+.

Does the party truly end at 9:30pm?

Answer

The bridal party will be staying at the Cambria Hotel. Any guests who would like to join us there at the hotel lounge/bar is welcome to! There will be a cash bar and it closes at 2am!

Where can I leave my car?

Answer

For guests who have booked a room at the Cambria, there will be a parking lot. Our venue also allows you to leave your car parked overnight for anyone deciding to carpool and/or for guests who would like to pick their car up the following morning.
