Where will everyone be staying?

Answer

Since this wedding is fairly small, we are not going to be blocking off rooms at any hotels. We are recommending that each person coming make their own arrangements for hotels or Airbnb's in Hood River Oregon, for the duration of their stay for our wedding. If you are staying longer than Friday, June 28th, we recommend booking a different place to stay in the Vancouver, Washington city limits. This will save you money and time in getting to the airport when you fly out!

Where do we park at the Venue?

Answer

The venue has limited parking, so if you have not been instructed to arrive at the Venue prior to 4:00pm, please see instructions below for further information regarding transportation. Shuttle Service: Please arrive at the Walmart (2700 Wasco St, Hood River, OR 97031) near the venue by 3:40pm on June 27th. Feel free to park near the back of the parking lot. Here, you will see shuttles start to arrive around 3:45pm. There will be multiple shuttles making multiple trips. If you cannot make it onto the first shuttle, don't worry. Another shuttle will be arriving momentarily. When should we arrive at the Wedding Venue?

Answer

Guests should start to arrive at the Venue by 4:00 - 4:15pm via the shuttle service. The Ceremony will start at 4:30pm PDT.

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

Please dress in Business Casual apparel. We do expect it to get windy at times, so although the wedding is in June, you may want to bring a jacket or layers with you.

What will the weather be like? What clothes should we bring?

Answer

In June, in Hood River, Oregon, the average high temperature is 74F. The average low is around 50F. We expect it to get colder as the evening goes on, so we recommend that everyone bring a coat to the event and in general bring layers to put on or take off for your time in Oregon.

When will the Wedding end?

Answer

The wedding will be over at around 9:30pm to 10:00pm. And everyone will be expected to be shuttled back to their cars by no later than 10:30pm.
