Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask all RSVP’s be submitted by no later then December 3rd. We cannot account for you to come party with us if we do not know you are coming! Please ensure to RSVP on the site with your meal choice.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your children, however in order to allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and uninhibited revelry within the winery, we respectfully ask for an adults only evening. If you need assistance making arrangements for childcare, please contact us!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your invitation will be clearly addressed with “and guest or guests name.” If your invitation does not include the following, we ask you please attend yourself!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking on the Renault grounds on both the Champagne Ballroom and Château Renault sides. Signage will be up directing guests to lots to park.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The Renault hotel has booked up quickly, we recommend the Hampton Inn Hotel that can be booked from the travel tab within our site above. If you click out from the link it will take you to directly our block information!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be transportation to and from The Hampton Inn, please see below for schedule. For the ceremony: shuttle leaves at 4pm Following Reception: 10:45pm departure Mid after party: 12:30pm departure Post after party: 2am departure and final shuttle to Hampton Inn
