For anyone who is in town a night early, Will and I will be grabbing a drink at main bar at The Hyatt and we would love to see you! PARKING: Any guests visiting the resort for the Restaurants and not staying at The Hyatt will receive a parking validation for self-parking and a $5.00 discount on valet services. Just let the staff know you are not overnight guests!

Welcome Party

Come join us and officially kick off the wedding weekend! Drinks and light hors d'oeuvres will be served.
SHUTTLE INFORMATION: There will be a shuttle service to help with guest transportation to and from The Hyatt throughout the evening (every 30 minutes). The first shuttle will depart from The Hyatt at 7:20pm (boards at 7:00pm), the last shuttle will begin loading at 9:30pm and will depart Toscana at 10pm. UBERS/LYFTS: Toscana is a gated community with security checks upon entry/exit. Though it is easier to Uber / Lyft to Toscana, it is much more difficult to get out. We recommend guests use the shuttle. PARKING: There will be free parking at Toscana for anyone who decides to drive. ATTIRE: "Tommy Bahamas" Come dressed like you are headed to a vacation paradise! Examples: Tommy Bahamas/island inspired button up shirt for men; island inspired dress/skirt/romper etc., for women. VENUE: The welcome party will be outside. There will be heaters turned on, but we suggest bringing a light jacket/shawl in case the temperature is chilly.

We cannot wait to celebrate our marriage with our closest friends and family!
ATTIRE: The event is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be on grass, so please wear shoes that will be comfortable on this surface. SHUTTLE: For guests staying at The Hyatt or attending the afterparty following the wedding reception, there will be a shuttle running back and forth between the hotel and wedding venue throughout the evening. The Hyatt will also provide golf cart rides to guests to and from the venue.
