While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults only celebration. We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can relax and celebrate with us!

Due to limited space and wanting celebrate with our closest friends and family, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your formal invitation. We thank you for understanding.

How can I reserve a room at The Thayer Hotel?
Answer
All events for the wedding weekend will be held at The Thayer Hotel. We highly suggest you reserve a room in advance utilizing our room block. Reservations can be made by Individual Call In Only . How can I get to The Thayer Hotel?
Answer
Please see the Travel tab for a full list of recommendations on travel to The Thayer by car or by train as well as a map of nearby airports. Upon arrival to the West Point Gate, visitors must show Driver's Licenses to be allowed entry. The Thayer Hotel is just past the entrance gate up the hill to the right.

Is parking available at The Thayer?
Answer
Valet parking is included in the daily facility fee for overnight guests. There is a $15.00 charge for valet services for day guests. You can also self-park at the lot to the left of the hotel.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will start at 5:30pm on 7/27. Please arrive between 5-5:15PM and find a seat.

What is the dress code?
Answer
The wedding day dress code is Formal/Black-Tie Optional: Tuxes and gowns are preferred, but not required. Suits and formal dresses also welcome. The wedding party and family will be in black tie for the wedding day. No white please! The Welcome Party is Dressy Casual/Semi-Formal. More details on the dress code for each event can be found on the Schedule Tab.

Can we take photos at the ceremony? What about during the reception?
Answer
Our ceremony will be unplugged. We’ve asked a professional photographer to capture this special moment so that you can sit back, relax and enjoy it with us. Our beautiful images/ videos will be available after the wedding. Please turn off your devices and refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We thank you for understanding. Before and after the ceremony, we'd love for you to capture the special moments of the wedding weekend. We will be creating a shared drive on our website for everyone to share their content with us. We will share a QR code for upload. Thank you!

Yes! We are happy to have you join us for a full open bar for our cocktail hour and wedding reception.
