What is the dress code? The dress code is Black Tie Optional. For men, this means a tuxedo is welcome, but a dark suit and tie is perfectly appropriate. For women, think floor-length or midi dresses or dressy jumpsuits. We love color, so please don't feel limited to neutrals—bright colors, bold prints, florals, and patterns are all encouraged! Most importantly, we want you to feel comfortable, confident, and ready to celebrate.
We recommend staying in Alpharetta or Roswell. Visit our Travel page for hotel recommendations and local favorites.
We love your children and are so grateful for all of the families in our lives. For our wedding, however, we have chosen to keep the celebration adults-only. We hope you'll take the opportunity to enjoy a night (or weekend!) out, and we can't wait to celebrate with you.
Yes, more information to come.
Coffee From the Well Coffee - Our favorite coffee shop in Roswell. Great coffee, amazing atmosphere, and owned by the same team behind Fellows. Breakfast Fellows Cafe - If you can get a reservation, do it. It's one of the best restaurants in Roswell. If not, set an alarm and try for a walk-in when they open. Lunch & Dinner Roux on Canton- One of our longtime favorites. We usually order the fish tacos and chicken wrap—and yes, the curly fries are as good as they sound. Loyal Tavern - A casual neighborhood spot with great chicken tenders. Will is a regular. Ceviche Taqueria & Margarita Bar - Worth mentioning twice because Will would be upset if we didn't. Table & Main - A Roswell staple and a great choice if you're looking for a nicer dinner. Monkey 68 Excellent sushi and a local favorite. Drinks Gate City Brewing Company - Our favorite place to grab a beer with a group. They don't serve food, but there are plenty of nearby options nearby. Vin25 - Perfect for a glass of wine and a relaxing evening. Roots Wine Market - A cozy wine bar that's great for unwinding after a busy day.
Coffee Warm Waves Coffee - Great coffee and a cozy place to hang out, catch up with friends, or get a little work done if needed. Breakfast Hen Mother Cookhouse - A fantastic breakfast and brunch spot. Also famously one of Heather McMahan's favorites. Lunch & Dinner The Standard (Both of Our Favorites) - One of our go-to spots. We love the pizza, the patio, and the live music. Smokejack BBQ (Julia's Favorite) - If you're craving BBQ, this is the place. Get the brisket and thank Julia later. Ceviche Taqueria & Margarita Bar (Will's Favorite) - Will would eat here every week if he could. Great tacos, margaritas, and a fun atmosphere. Truck & Tap - A fun spot for drinks, food trucks, and live music. Great for a casual night out. Surcheros - Will insists it's better than Chipotle, but Julia isn't so sure. We'll let you be the judge
Coffee Whole Foods - There are some coffee shops, but we normally swing through Whole Foods Cafe. Lunch & Dinner Superica - If you're staying in Avalon, this is a must. We always split the steak quesadilla and the Superica salad with chicken. Add a Tommy's Margarita (for Will) and a Diet Coke (for Julia), and you've got our exact order. MF Sushi - Some of the best sushi in the area and perfect for a nice dinner out. Rumi's Kitchen - Delicious Persian food and one of the most popular restaurants in Avalon. The hummus alone is worth the visit. Barleygarden Kitchen & Craft Bar - A great spot for a beer and a meal. Will recommends the turkey sandwich.
