We have a block of rooms at the Winchester Hampton Inn N| Conference Center. We also recommend looking at local AirBNB or VRBO rentals around Bluemont, VA, Berryville, VA, and Roundhill, VA areas.
We ask that you please be at the venue by 4:00pm as the ceremony will begin at 4:30pm.
For those of you that will be driving to the venue has plenty of free parking. Please feel free to park your cars over night and use the local shuttle service to get back to your AirBNB!
We are asking you please dress in semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit or a shirt and tie. For awareness the ceremony and social hour will be held outside.
Great news! We have booked a shuttle for those that are staying at the hotel! Pick up will be at 3:30pm on Saturday leaving At 3:45 SHARP! There will be two returning rounds at 9:30pm and then again at 10:40pm.
After the ceremony, the grooms will be taking pictures nearby with family and friends. Guests will attend a social hour on the deck, where there will be passed hors d’oeuvres and beverages.
Yes, both are in the area however may be limited based on time and day needed.
