Camp Getaway is reachable by train from Grand Central Terminal via Metro-North. Guests should take the Harlem line and get off at "Harlem Valley-Wingdale" station. Shuttles will be running from the train station directly to the camp on Friday evening. We recommend taking Train 943 towards Wassaic which leaves Grand Central at 3:44pm on Friday, September 15. However, if you need to take a later train, please let us know. A return shuttle from the camp will take guests back to the station to catch the 10:31am train into Grand Central on Sunday, September 17. For guests who prefer to travel by car, Camp Getaway is roughly a two-hour drive from NYC.
