We have a room block at the Toll House Hotel and the link can be found under the Travel tab. Our welcome party and shuttles will be at the Toll House Hotel, so we would like to encourage our guests to stay there. However, there are additional hotels in the Los Gatos area if needed.
Yes, the dress code is Garden Party Formal Attire. Gentlemen can wear a suit or blazer with dress pants or khakis. Ladies can wear a midi-length cocktail dress, dressy separates, or more formal sundresses. Feel free to play with colors, florals, and accessories. We want our guests to look their best while still being comfortable at an outdoor venue.
Transportation will be provided to and from the Toll House Hotel. Shuttles will pick up at the hotel before the ceremony and will drop off at the after party and hotel after the reception. Shuttles will continue to circulate between the after party and hotel for the rest of the evening. Parking is not allowed at the venue unless previously discussed, so please utilize the shuttles.
Yes, our venue has some basic visitor guidelines that all our guests must keep in mind. Some of the rules include: Shoes must be worn at all times (flip flops will be provided), no smoking outside of designated areas, and no outside alcohol.
