Is there transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

A passenger bus and a trolley will make loops between the DoubleTree Hotel & Hotel Alice to the Crystal Coast Country Club, starting sharply at 4:40 PM until 5:15. It’s a very short distance, so our transportation will make several rounds to ensure all hotel guests are picked up. The passenger bus will provide return service to the host hotels at the end of the evening.

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

Your invitation & RSVP will indicate if you were given a plus one by including the name of your guest. If no guest is listed, we’re unable to accommodate additional attendees due to space limitations. Thank you for understanding!

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we are planning for an adults-only celebration. Nancy's Nannies is a local babysitting business that has been recommended to us. https://www.nancysnannies.com/

Is parking available at Crystal Coast Country Club?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking available at the club for wedding guests. Cars may be left overnight if needed.

Is there an after party?

Answer

Meet us at the Tackle Box Tavern to keep the party going! Our trolley will make runs from the Country Club to the Tackle Box Tavern at the end of the night.
