Following the ceremony, we recommend walking across Broad Street to Dominion Wine and Beer. Enjoy food and drinks at their outdoor beer garden!
You can also enjoy coffee, wine, beer, or a lite bite at Northside Social. It's less than a five-minute drive from the church.
A nice shopping district with local stores and a variety of restaurants. We recommend stopping by Caboose Commons for a drink or coffee. It's about a 15-minute drive from the church.
Tyson's Corner and Tyson's II Galleria are great locations for shopping, dining, and entertainment options. It's about a 10-minute drive from the church.
Explore Alexandria's historic Old Town on the Potomac River waterfront. You can walk King Street, which is lined with boutiques, specialty shops, and restaurants or enjoy time at the marina.
If it's a beautiful day, visit the Waterfront right along the Potomac River or shop along M Street. If you have a sweet tooth, we recommend Levain Bakery or Baked & Wired cupcakes.
Dupont Circle is a park, neighborhood, and historic district in Northwest DC. Have a bite at Tatte bakery, visit the local farmers market, or brunch at Kramers bookstore & restaurant.
About a 20-minute walk north of Dupont Circle, Adams Morgan's 18th street is a great option for bars and restaurants. Our favorite spot is Jack Rose Dining Saloon, but we also recommend drinks at The Line hotel or a late night snack at Julia's Empanadas.
Walk the 14th Street corridor, browsing local retail shops, cafes, restaurants, and bars. A few of our favorite spots include Colada coffee shop, Spanish tapas restaurant Barcelona, Ice Cream Jubilee, The Gibson cocktail bar, and Bread Bite Bakery for their croissant breakfast sandwich.
