Rowan Oak
Rowan Oak was the home of William Faulkner and his family for over 40 years and it is located in the heart of Oxford. It is a beautiful spot to see and it is a MUST if you are a first time Oxford visitor.
The Square
The Oxford Square has so many things to offer from the best brunch/lunch spots (my personal favorites are McEwen's, AJAX, and St. Leo), to great bars to grab a drink, and most importantly, the cutest stores!
University of Mississippi
If you have never been to Oxford, you must go visit the University. Although the Mississippi State fan in me hates to admit it, Ole Miss has a beautiful campus with a lot of sites to see. Be sure to see the Lyceum and The Grove if you make it to campus!
University of Mississippi Golf Course
The University Golf Course is just a few minutes outside of town. If you feel like getting outside and enjoying the weather this would be a fun way to spend the afternoon!
Our Favorite Restaurants
Breakfast Big Bad Breakfast- this owned by one of the best chefs in town & you will not be disappointed in your meal The Beacon- this is an Oxford staple & has the best breakfast in town Bottle Tree Bakery- this is a coffee shop on the Square Lunch Boure- this is a fun, New Orleans style restaurant located on the Square. They have a great atmosphere & menu AJAX- this is Will's favorite restaurant in Oxford. AJAX is on the Square & offers a southern-style menu & it's definitely an Oxford favorite. Volta- this is a Greek restaurant located half a mile from the Square. They have a great food & margaritas Dinner SnackBar- this is one of my personal favorite spots in Oxford. This is the best atmosphere located half a mile from the Square St. Leo- this is a great atmosphere and St. Leo has one of the best cocktail menus! Lenoras- this is a very quaint restaurant right off the Square with the best dinner atmosphere in Oxford Oxford Grillehouse- Steakhouse with a great atmosphere
