Donald Trump and his allies plan to overturn Obergefell v. Hodges, the Supreme Court decision legalizing gay marriage. As such, if your vote helped bring Donald Trump to power, or you share his opinions about diversity or gender, kindly do not come to our wedding.

Anything noteworthy about the venue?
Answer
Yes. Like many of Richmond’s older buildings, it is not ADA-compliant—the celebration will be up a flight of stairs on the second floor. In addition to being a restaurant, Havana 59 also features a cigar lounge. If you are a cigar person and need a break from music, there are many (probably) high-quality cigars on offer downstairs.

I don’t have a plus one—can I bring a plus one?
Answer
No. If you bring a plus one, we will exceed the maximum occupancy for the space and our celebration could be shut down by the fire department. Let one of us know if you need a plus one and weren’t given one. We are keeping a list in the event that some invited guests can’t make it.
