Maid of Honor
Laney and I met in 8th grade, when we were dragged around town with our dads who were the best of friends. Laney very quickly took on the role of the sister that I always wished for, and the nights that weren’t spent at the ballpark were spent at each other’s homes. Our friendship has endured many moves and long distances, but we’ve always been a short phone call away.
Best Man
Ryan is my oldest friend, brother, and my parents favorite son (although I hate to admit it). He will never show up anywhere without a case of beer and he is always down to go on an adventure. Despite getting married two months apart, we’re excited to be Best Man in each other’s weddings.
Bridesmaid
Maria was my very first friend at UK and has been an amazing friend ever since! From letting me stay in her bunk in the deeg to being 5 steps away at our house on Oldham Ave, Maria and I spent endless hours together in college. Our favorite activities together include cooking and laughing at YouTube videos until we cry.
Groomsman
Scott and I were runner-ups for the ever prestigious Glenbard South best friends senior superlative. He is one of my most loyal friends even if that means trying to cover for me when I threw a party at my parents house in high school... while they were home. Did I also mention he’s now a professional athlete in Sweden?
Bridesmaid
Liv and I have been friends ever since we met freshman year in DG. We spent many hours in the dorms watching the Bachelor and American Horror Story between studying. I still love her after all of her pranks and jump scares, and she still loves me after nights out with Bob at Stagger Inn.
Groomsman
Derek was my roommate during all four years of college. He was my best college enabler and the designated caretaker of Sticky Will. He’s very excited to pass that role onto Brooke.
Bridesmaid
Jenna joined our house on Oldham senior year. Her hilarious snaps and amazing collection of vines brought us close together and kept me laughing. She is the very best person to vent to, validating me every single time I need it. I miss sharing a house together, but am thankful that she's been a train ride away from Will's family so I can visit.
Groomsman
In med school, Sai took over Derek’s role of enabler, constantly going against Brooke’s better judgement. Don’t ever ask him to navigate you, but he’s your go-to man if you need help sports betting. Sai can’t wait for the wedding in Kentucky, the home of college basketball.
Bridesmate
Kieran and I met when we both moved out to Tucson. Our days together often consist of bad dance moves, singing in the car, and gorgeous hikes. Kieran is truly one of the funniest and most caring people I’ve ever met and I can’t wait for all of the future travels we’ve already planned out together.
Groomsman
Nate is one of my best friends from med school. We quickly bonded over Nates literal only hobby... skiing. Counting down the days till we win the lottery and can buy our ski house in Telluride.
Bridesmaid
Kenzie and I became friends at volleyball tryouts in 6th grade and were inseparable immediately. Kenzie and I have a private Facebook photo album dedicated to our many (…many) embarrassing middle school moments together. I’m sure she’d be happy to share any of those pictures of me if you asked.
Groomsman
Chris is Brooke’s youngest (older) brother. The first time I met Chris we had to trek through the woods and snow in a pitch-black northern Arizona night to find a Yurt. Although not the ideal spot for a first impression we quickly bonded over our love for obscure music and somehow managed to find our way without freezing. I’m excited for many more (hopefully better planned) adventures together in the future.
Bridesmaid
When Will and I started dating, he warned me that I’d have to get Danielle’s seal of approval if we were going to last. Danielle welcomed me into the family with open arms and we’ve since bonded over Arizona explorations, our pups (the best of buds), and many beers. I’m glad she gave me her approval and I cannot wait to have her as a sister!
Groomsman
Kevin is Brooke's middle brother and source of all quotes and trivia fun facts. When not quoting movies, he can be found tearing it up on the dance floor. You can see where Brooke gets her (amazing) dance moves from.
Paw-norable Mention
Although Remy won’t be with us on the big day, he obviously deserves his own mention. Remy has consistently brought us happiness, cuddles, and frustrations, and is the source of about 80% of our daily conversations. He is the biggest supporter of our relationship and can’t wait for his pawrents to be together forever. Here’s to a lifetime of love and adventures with our favorite doggy dude!
Groomsman
Tom is Brooke's oldest brother and the proud parent to two of the most adorable kiddos in the whole world (Brooke and I are definitely not biased). He's an incredible baker and makes a mean macaroon. I'm excited to be gaining three brothers and become an uncle all on the same day.
