Best Man
Will first met Kwasi in grade school at Nativity. To be fair, they didn’t start as friends. They started as the complete opposite. As time went on and they grew up, they became very close. They even went to the same high school. Kwasi and Bri became friends quickly, all over of their love for Will. Kwasi is a busy man, but always makes time for his family- Will included. We are so thankful to have him as our best man. One of Will’s longest friendships. (TNG)
Maid of Honor
Megan and Briana have been friends since the sixth grade. Briana was new at Goshen Middle School. The details are blurry, but they became very quick friends despite Briana moving schools just after 6 months. They stayed in touch over the years via Facebook and Megan never missed a birthday party. She got Briana into Glee, Dirty Dancing, and all things musical-related. (Let’s also not forget Lea Michele). Briana is so thankful for this over-decade-long friendship. Will and Megan quickly bonded over memes and all things funny on the internet. Their humor is veryyyy similar. Megan never fails to make us smile and laugh. We are so happy to have her as our Maid of Honor.
Groomsman
Jordan and Will met at Nativity in grade school. They quickly realized they had a lot in common- they liked the same girls. However, everything else fell away and became jokes while friendship shined through- a true bond. No matter how busy they are in life, they get together and it feels like no time has passed. We all became much closer once Jordan picked up Magic the Gathering again. Jordan is also so determined, caring, and smart. Through the years, Jordan’s loyalty to his friends and family has made him an outstanding man and father. We are so thankful to have Jordan standing up there at our wedding.
Bridesmaid
Briana and Will met Belle at a party. Briana walked up to her and started talking to her right as Potential Breakup Song from Aly and Aj started playing. They both sang it and then talked. They traded information, and never really stopped talking. Belle always shows up. To everything. (Belle also recently got engaged and we have to take a moment to congratulate her on her soon-to-be marriage as well!). We are so thankful for our sweet, country friend.
Groomsman
Tommy is Bri’s older brother. Tommy is almost, exactly, 6 years older than Bri, shy of one day. Over the years, Tommy and Bri became very close. Tommy also gave Bri her love of video games. Watching Tommy play Oblivion and God of War from a very young age shaped her mind a lot creatively. Tommy is also a fantastic artist, despite not sharing that with too many people. Will and Tommy also connected on a lot of similar interests. Between anime and video games, they always have something to chat about. Tommy gave Will and Bri the roles of aunt and uncle a few years ago, and we cherish them so much. Tommy is an incredible cook, dad, husband, and man.
Bridesmaid
Karley is Briana’s sister-in-law. Karley has been there for Briana in a lot of ways including doing her makeup for high school dances, taking her on college tours, and overall always being there for advice whenever it’s needed. She also is an expert at shopping, it’s actually impressive. Karley is a great mother, friend, and sister.
Groomsman
This is Will’s older brother Sam. Sam is determined, strong-willed, and hard-working. From a young age, all the brothers would play video games together, but Sam was always the headman, giving the orders. One of Will’s favorite memories is when Sam invited him to start playing sand volleyball. Will loves volleyball and it was a great way to spend time with his brother. Bri and Sam can always talk EDM and this was the reason Will and Bri had heard of Illenium. (One of our favorite artists). We are thankful to have him as our groomsman.
Bridesmaid
Courtney and Bri met in high school shortly after Courtney transferred to Reading. They were a part of the same friend group and enjoyed a lot of the same things. (Still do). They reconnected after college with their love of raving, photography, and the ironic fact that Courtney and Will share a birthday. (Even the same year!). Courtney is also on the sand volleyball team and is super adventurous. We are so happy to have you as our teammate, friend, and bridesmaid.
Groomsman
This is Will’s little brother, Joe. He and Will have had a tight bond from their childhood to their now adult lives. They share a love for anime, sand volleyball, and taste in food. When Bri and Joe met Bri gained another little brother. Joe was still a freshman in high school, so Bri had the opportunity to watch him grow into such a strong young man. He walks life with so much passion and drive. Joe is always full of jokes and messing around with Will. They wrestle all the time, even at their adult ages. We are so thankful for our goofy little brother.
Bridesmaid
There is so much to say about Bella. Will and Bri met Bella in 2019 at a vape shop of all places. She treated them like family from the get go, and so she was. Bella has been there for them in unexpected ways, but always when they’ve needed it the most. She has taken in their cats to help them (more than once) and vice versa. She loves their cats as much as they do and that is truly a blessing. (Our cats are our literal children). We are so thankful to have Bella up our side. She is so important to us.
Groomsman
Nick is also one of Bri and Will’s close friends, who they met through Courtney. Nick is into a lot of the same things they are as well. Video games, bowling, and just adventure. Just when we all thought the days of the Facebook poking was over, Will and Nick brought back the war and have poked each other over 2,000 times and counting. Nick is also on the sand volleyball team and is an incredible teammate. Despite having a busy schedule, he always makes the time. We are thankful to have him as a groomsman.
Bridesmaid
Tanisha and Bri met in a Justin Bieber group chat on Snapchat in 2016. They were both randomly put into it, but bonded nonetheless. Despite Tanisha living all the way in London (with a 5-hour time difference), their friendship never wavered. When Will and Bri traveled abroad in 2019, they finally got to meet Tanisha in person, at a dinner, when she was celebrating her 19th birthday. All these years later, they still often FaceTime, Snapchat, and do almost anything else they can to stay in contact. We are so beyond grateful she’s making the 13 hour journey across the ocean to come be a bridesmaid at our wedding.
Officiant
Andrew is an incredible to friend to Will and Bri. His love of board games, being a Dungeons and Dragons DM, and being a veteran at Magic the Gathering, is how they all initially connected. He is a great father, husband, and friend. We are so excited to have someone we love and respect, marry us.
