The Proposal
In what began as an unassuming Tuesday evening in September, local resident Will shocked the household by transforming the living room into a scene straight out of Pinterest’s “Dream Proposals” board.
When Bailey walked through the door expecting the usual weekday routine, she was met instead with a sight that made her heart skip a beat: rose petals and candles lining the steps leading to Will, holding a ring and an expression that could only be described as “nervous excitement meets pure adoration.”
Witnesses on the scene offered mixed reactions. Their dog, acting as both cheerleader and chaos coordinator, reportedly ran joyous circles around the couple, while their cat, ever the disinterested observer, blinked slowly before resuming her regularly scheduled program of not caring.
The couple is now officially engaged, proving that the best stories often start on random Tuesdays.
