Hotel
We have a block of 20 rooms reserved for the weekend of the 23rd. Please refer to the Jenkins-Rinehart wedding when booking a room for the weekend to obtain a discount. Discount expires at 11:59 pm August 20th. There will be a shuttle service offered to and from the venue the evening of the wedding. Shuttle service leaving the hotel starting at 5:00 PM
Flight
Denver International Airport is located east of Denver, about an hour from the evergreen hotel. We recommend utilizing Uber or Lyft to get to and from the airport and hotel.
Travel Note
Please keep in mind that Uber and Lyft are very difficult to get near the wedding venue. If you plan on using either of those platforms, we advise scheduling a ride in advance. Personal vehicles can be left over night and picked up the next day by 11:00 am. We highly recommend carpooling!
