When should I arrive for the Wedding?

Answer

Please begin arriving at 3:30 pm. This will allow plenty of time to park, use the restroom, take the stairs or elevator, and find your seat. The ceremony will begin at 4:00 pm.

Where do I park?

Answer

Parking is available in parking garage, P1, across the street from the venue. Parking is free on weekends, no pass is required, and the venue kindly asks that guests park on the 2nd or 3rd floor.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Formal Attire: We request floor-length or formal mid-length dresses in jewel tones for the ladies, dark jackets and slacks for the gentlemen. Please refer to the Pinterest board from the QR code or link on your invitation for inspiration.

Will the ceremony and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be located outdoors, but a back up location onsite has been reserved if there is weather. The reception will be located indoors.

Can I take pictures with my own camera?

Answer

We kindly request that all cameras be left at the hotel, we will have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the day. During the ceremony & reception videos and photos are welcome, although we would love for you to be present.

May I bring a plus one?

Answer

Please check your invite, as attending the ceremony and reception is by invite only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love all the kids in our life, however, for our wedding we have decided to have only adults, unless related to the bride and groom.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

This is not a formal event or required event, but the day following the wedding, Monday, October 6, there will be a large group going to Disneyland. If you would like to join us we welcome any and all. There will be no transportation and you will need to make your own arrangements, but if we happen to see you there we would love to say hi and catch a ride or two together.
