We will have two shuttle runs before and after the ceremony. While Ubers are available, they can be inconsistent, so we recommend that anyone using an uber to arrive or depart schedules them ahead of time. All runs will pick up/drop off at the Senza Hotel (4066 Howard Lane, Napa, CA). Pre-Ceremony Shuttle Run 1: arrives at the Senza at 1:50, departs no later than 2:00 Shuttle Run 2: arrives at the Senza at 2:45, departs no later than 2:55 Post-Reception Shuttle Run 1: arrives at the venue at 8:30, departs at 8:45 Shuttle Run 2: arrives at the venue at 9:50, departs once all guests are loaded

Shuttles will not be available on Sunday for the brunch, so please feel free to uber or drive. The venue has made spots available that morning for attendees.
We would recommend staying in the town of Napa! There are lots of smaller boutique and specialty hotels to enjoy along with plenty of airbnb options. September is peak season in the valley, so we strongly recommend booking travel and lodging early.
The San Francisco airport is the best and closest option for major airlines.
Children are invited to the welcome party, reception, and brunch! However, due to the length of the ceremony, we request that young children (10 and below) not attend. We are working with a local babysitter group to provide an on-site option for during the ceremony. If you anticipate bringing children, please let us know at will.hodge6@gmail.com so that we can get a better sense of how many will be attending.
