When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at 4:45pm so that you will have time to make your way to the roof and find your seat!

How do I get to the rooftop?
Answer
Enter Hotel Ballard through the main entrance, then take the elevator up to the rooftop! Hotel Ballard's front desk can also help if you have questions!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is no parking at the venue, but there is nearby street parking, or parking at the Swedish Medical Center a few blocks away. We recommend public transportation or Uber, though, so you can enjoy the bar!

Will there be vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free food and drink options?
Answer
Yes! We love you and want to make sure you can enjoy yourself! The food will be served family style, but clearly marked so you can choose what works best for you!

What should I wear?
Answer
Our dress code is creative formal, which includes longer dress, dressy jumpsuits, or suits (ties optional). Colors and patterns are encouraged, but please leave white and green for the wedding party! The groomsmen are wearing navy suits, as well, if you would prefer not to match them! Can I bring a Plus One?

We have a very small venue, and intend for this to be an intimate event. We regretfully will not be able to accommodate plus ones.
