Chicago has two airports: O'Hare (ORD) and Midway (MDW). We recommend flying into O'Hare since it is about 5 minutes from our hotel, which is the same location as the reception. Additionally, our hotel offers a complimentary 24/7 shuttle from O'Hare to the hotel. The shuttle departs every half hour on the hour. Pick-up is in Terminal 2, Lower Level, Door 2E. Schedule your shuttle service by dialing the number below and selecting option three. The phone number to call for any shuttle related questions is (847) 380-5800. You may also fly into Midway if you'd like, but please note it's about an hour drive to our hotel room block. If you choose to fly into Midway, we recommend taking a taxi or uber to the hotel as there is no direct public transit option.

Holiday Inn Chicago OHare – Rosemont

Our reception is on the top floor of this hotel. The link below is for our room block, which is through the Holiday Inn. If you prefer a suite style room, there is also a Staybridge Suites at this same location. Staybridge Suites Chicago O'Hare - Rosemont

You are more than welcome to book through the Staybridge Suites as well, but this is not part of our room block. It is at the same location as the Holiday Inn and our reception though!
