Do you have a hotel room block?

Answer

At this time, we do not have a formal room block. We wanted to give our guests the freedom to choose accommodations that best suit their travel plans and group size. There are several vacation rentals or hotel options nearby.

Where should I stay?

Answer

Most wedding events will take place on and/or near Navarre Beach. We recommend staying at one of the beachfront condo resorts or nearby hotels listed on our website for convenience and easy beach access. Or you can select some other properties away from beach, to include Pensacola or Destin area. See "Travel Notes" section for more specific details. How close are the recommended properties to the venue?

Answer

All recommended beachfront condo properties are located within approximately ½ mile of the ceremony and reception locations — about a 5–10 minute walk or a 2–3 minute drive.

We recommend booking as early as possible, as availability can be limited during peak beach season.

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is "Beachy Chic" — light, airy, and coastal. Think elevated beach attire that’s dressy yet comfortable. Beach-appropriate footwear is encouraged. The colors for wedding are coral, Ivory and fuchsia (dark pink)...however, you are welcome to wear any color you like.

How far is the drive?

Answer

For guests traveling by car from Memphis, TN and surrounding areas, the drive to Pensacola & Navarre Beach is approximately 6½ to 7 hours, depending on traffic and stops. Navarre Beach is an easy, scenic drive along major highways and is well worth the journey once you arrive.
