What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 PM, so we ask that you please arrive between 4:30 PM and 4:45 PM to find your seat!

Is there a dress code?

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Only guests who are 18 and over may attend the Wedding Ceremony & Reception on Saturday. However, ALL ages are welcome to the Welcome Party on Friday and the Post-Wedding Farewell on Sunday!

Please reference the Travel tab for the 2 hotels we have Room Blocks at, along with some other suggestions for nearby hotels.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

You will have an opportunity to share this allergy or restriction under your Wedding Day RSVP response.

Is there parking at the venues?
Answer
All venues for all events (i.e. Rehearsal Dinner, Welcome Party, Wedding Ceremony & Reception, and the Post-Wedding Farewell) will have ample parking. **VEHICLES CANNOT STAY OVERNIGHT AT THE WEDDING VENUE, SO PLEASE PLAN TO UBER THERE AND BACK IF NEEDED.**

Is there transportation provided to the Wedding?
Answer
No, but Uber is available to/from the venue! Should you choose to drive, there will be ample parking available; however, you cannot leave your vehicle overnight.

What airport is best to travel into?
Answer
Huntsville International Airport (HSV) would be the closest and most convenient. Nashville International Airport (BNA) is just under 2 hours away and will be a more cost-effective option!
