Due to the space limitations of our venue, we unfortunately have to limit the rehearsal dinner guest list to those who will be playing a role in the ceremony. We apologize in advance to those who are not included.
We ask that you kindly have RSVPs mailed to us by August 31. If you are afraid your RSVP will not arrive in time, please text or call us to give us your head count. If we have not received your RSVP or private message by August 31 you will kindly be marked no as not attending.
The doors will open at 4:15pm and we ask that you try to arrive at least 20 minutes before the start of the ceremony to ensure everyone is seated and there are no interruptions once the ceremony has begun.
Yes there is grass and gravel parking at the venue. We do ask that if you need a handicap spot reserved to please let us know, so we can save you a spot closest to the doors. Please enter the venue at the main event doors located on West Railroad St.
The dress code for our wedding is Semi-Formal attire. Boots and Jeans are okay for our ceremony as the groom and groomsmen are wearing that for the evening. We do ask that if you do wear jeans to please refrain from wearing work jeans. You are of course more than welcome to dress up as much as you'd like. The ceremony will be outside if weather permitting, so please dress accordingly.
We ask that during the ceremony phones be turned off, to ensure there are no interruptions and to allow our photographer to take the best pictures without phones or devices out. Once the party starts, take all the pictures you want. There will be a QR code at every table for you to scan and to upload your pictures so everyone who attended can see! Use hashtag #FinallytheWolters
If you want to bring your children with you then we would be delighted to have them as we don't want you to miss our big day, but if you'd rather take the night off and enjoy an evening of fun and relaxation then that works too!! If you are planning on bringing your children, please add them to the RSVP to ensure we have enough food and a spot at the table for them.
Plus one's are welcome, we'd love to get to know everyone. Just be sure to add them to the RSVP so we know that there is enough food and seating for all.
We will be providing a self serving snack table with a build it yourself Chex-mix bar. There will be a his and her drink option, along with a cash bar.
We are catered through Buretta's Catering buffet style and they will be serving fried chicken, mostaccioli, macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, green beans, and rolls. They will be providing tea.
