We have listed proper attire on our Schedule page! We would like guests to wear cocktail attire.
We have a color scheme of rose gold, blush colors, and white. While we prefer you don't wear all white, feel free to wear any colors in or related to our color scheme!
The ceremony and reception will both be at The Waterstone Venue at 1343 Old Gray Station Rd, Johnson City, TN 37615 The entrance can be hard to spot, but we will mark it clearly with signs! Please arrive as early as possible, as we will be closing the entrance to vehicles ten minutes prior to the start of the ceremony.
The ceremony is outdoors (weather permitting). The reception will largely take place in the reception tent, but there are activities during the reception that will be outside. In case of rain, all wedding activities (including the ceremony) will be held in the reception tent.
Immediately following the ceremony the bride and groom will be taking a few moments alone to soak in and enjoy the fact that they just said, "I do"! Guests will be led to Social Hour where the food and fun will begin! The bride and groom will join the guests shortly.
Directions for how to RSVP are on the back of your invitation. (It's super simple!) We have allotted a certain number of seats per invitation, and we hope all guests will respect this. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any concerns about the number of seats you were allotted. Please RSVP by April 1st. (By not responding we will assume you aren't coming and will not have enough food/seats.. please respond yes or no!)
We suggest for you to arrive 30 minutes (or more) early! We will be closing the entrance to vehicles 10 minutes before the start of the ceremony. We will reopen the entrance once the ceremony has ended.
Parking is absolutely free! We will have an attendant assisting with parking.
On your invitation we have stated how many seats we have reserved in your honor. For example if we reserved two seats in your honor, you may bring yourself and one guest. If we reserved three seats, you may bring yourself and two guests. Please do not bring extra guests without asking the bride or groom, this affects the amount of food and seating we will have prepared.
Yes, but please note that the number of seats reserved includes children as well. We tried to reserve seats for families, but if we didn't give you enough seats or you just want to be sure you can bring your child feel free to call or text the bride or groom!

During the ceremony we ask that you keep your phones and cameras put away. After the ceremony feel free to take photos! When adding them to social media please use these hashtags: #WilhoitToWeber #HappilyWeberAfter That will make it easier for us to find them later!
Let the bride or groom know as soon as possible! Letting us know you can't make it is important for catering and other purposes. We would love for everyone to attend, but we know that not everyone can.
