Will the Ceremony & Reception be held in the same location?

Answer

Yes, both the ceremony and reception will take place at Maritime Parc, located at 84 Audrey Zapp Drive, Jersey City, New Jersey 07305.

What is the Order of Events?

Answer

Doors Open 6:00 PM Enjoy a drink and settle into your seat for the ceremony. Seating is open, please feel free to sit anywhere you'd like Ceremony 6:30 PM – 7:00 PM The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30 PM, and doors will close at 6:25 PM. We're unable to seat guests after this time, but you're welcome to join us once the ceremony concludes. Cocktail Hour 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM Reconnect with loved ones while enjoying some food and drinks before dinner and dancing begin. Don't forget to visit the escort card table for your table number! Reception 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM A seated dinner will be served as we celebrate together, followed by cake and dessert. Find your table using your escort card, then locate your seat by looking for your name on the place cards—and let's dance the night away! After Party 12:00 AM – 2:00 AM Join us upstairs for continued food, drinks, and dancing to keep the celebration going!

Will the Wedding be Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

Given the heat of August, we've chosen to hold our ceremony and reception indoors but our venue features wrap-around decks on both floors with stunning views, and we encourage you to step outside during cocktail hour, the reception, and our after-party to enjoy the evening air and take in the scenery.

What’s the Dress Code & is there a specific color I should wear?

Answer

All Black Formal Attire We'd love for our guests to dress up and celebrate with us! We're requesting that everyone wear all black formal attire. For women, this means black floor or ankle length gowns. Feel free to wear heels—we'll have slippers available if you'd like to slip them off during the reception. For men, a black suit or tuxedo (the inner dress shirt does not have to be black) Need some inspiration? Is there Parking?

Answer

Complimentary valet parking is available on-site for all our guests. You also have the option to self park. If doing so, please provide the doorman with your license plate number to validate your parking.

Is There a Hotel Block?

Answer

Yes, we've reserved a room block at the Residence Inn by Marriott Jersey City from August 14–16. Head over to our Travel page for all the details and booking information. We'd love to know if you'll be staying with us—just let us know when you RSVP!

Will you be providing transportation?

Answer

Yes, we'll provide a shuttle service between Residence Inn and Maritime Parc. The shuttle departs the hotel at 6:00 PM, and return shuttles from the venue begin at 10:00 PM, running approximately every 30 minutes until 2:15 AM. You don't need to be a hotel guest to use the shuttle service. However, if you're driving, we recommend heading directly to Maritime Parc, where complimentary parking is available. The shuttle is especially convenient for our hotel guests and those arriving via PATH train. Please visit our travel page for additional details, and let us know when you RSVP if you'll be using the shuttle service.

Yes, the venue is fully wheelchair accessible with elevator access throughout.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love all the little ones, due to guest number restrictions we are only able to extend an invitation to the children in the wedding party and immediate family. We appreciate your understanding and hope you can still join us!

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP in two convenient ways: visit the RSVP page on our website, or mail back the RSVP card included with your invitation. The card comes with a pre-stamped envelope for your convenience.

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by July 12, 2026. Any guests who have not responded by this date will be marked as unable to attend, so we encourage you to submit your response promptly to secure your spot.

What Should I Do If I Can’t Make it?

Answer

If you find yourself unable to attend, we'd appreciate it if you could let us know through your RSVP before the deadline. This helps us plan accordingly and ensures we have an accurate count for our celebration.

Can I change my RSVP?

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

There will be options during cocktail hour and reception. Our venue offers gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options upon request, and entrées can be customized tableside at reception. Please don’t forget to note any food allergies/restrictions on your RSVP.

Will There Be a Bar?

Answer

Of course and drinks are on us. You'll have a choice of our signature cocktails along with a selection of liquor, beer and wine. You are more than welcome to order your drinks tableside during dinner service.

What's the smoking policy?

Answer

We kindly request that all smoking, including vaping, remain outside. Our cocktail hour and reception spaces both feature outdoor decks available for our guests who wish to smoke.
