When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by July 6th, 2026.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 2:30pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 3:00pm.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

To keep our celebration intimate and within venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If your invitation includes a guest, their name will appear on your invitation or when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding, and we can't wait to celebrate with you!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is cocktail attire. There are no required colors, however our theme is summery and bright!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we are only able to accommodate children who are specifically named on the invitation. Due to venue capacity and the size of our celebration, we are unable to extend invitations to additional children. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please see the accommodations section of our wedding website for a list of convenient hotels. We have a wedding block at Residence Inn by Marriott. Helen and Willy will be staying here!

Is there transportation from the ceremony to the reception?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation between venues. The reception venue is approximately a 10-minute drive from the ceremony location, and there is ample parking available. We recommend allowing a little extra time for travel between events.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be self parking at The Hope Artiste Village and valeted parking at Cafe Nuovo.
