We're getting married!

We were introduced (Thanks Annie!). Little did we know, we lived 10 blocks away from each other. Melissa asked several questions on the first date (so curious!) and Michael quickly shared his passion for barbeque and that his favorite ice cream flavor was pistachio...to a vegetarian who's highly allergic to pistachios! After quickly resolving that, the couple began spending more time together going for long walks in NYC, binge-watching television shows, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family. We enjoy making each other laugh, making up songs, and playing games!

On a very warm Saturday, we went for a nice brunch, where Melissa was told we need to dress up because they have a live band. After a lovely brunch, we started walking down Washington Street towards the water. Michael really wanted to get to the water and Melissa wanted to go into many stores because she thought they didn't have any plans for the rest of the day. Michael eagerly walked towards the water and Melissa wanted to stop on every shady bench. Eventually, Melissa and Michael sat in lovely sunny spot and he gave her an extra-special crossword puzzle to solve. She tried to solve it, but was already in tears, of course. Michael asked Melissa to marry him! We are so excited to celebrate with all of you on October 29, 2022!
