When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30 pm; please arrive at least 15 minutes prior, if you plan on using the shuttle bus service they should arrive around 5:10pm

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We aren't strict but we would love to see formal colorful, bright and fun outfits! No jeans please!

Are kids welcome?

We love your kids but this is an adults-only event!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We have shuttle buses! Guests coming to and from the Hyatt will be able to ride, they are not able to drop off people at different locations, though you may uber to the hotel if you are not staying there and take the shuttle. Due to the location and lack of good reception, taxis and rideshare apps will not be available.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is onsite parking and cars can be left over night if needed, cars need to be picked up by 10am next day. You can not call a taxi or uber from the venue due to lack of reception

What food is being served at dinner?

Answer

It will be buffet style with steak, lemon chicken, vegetables, salad, and potatoes.

Due to space limitations, we can only accommodate the guests listed directly on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Duh! There will be wine, beer, and house liquor included!

You will be missed! Please RSVP as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Is the wedding outdoor?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be outdoors. Since it is August, we will have parasols and paper fans provided at the ceremony. The cocktail hour is shaded, and the reception is under a tent with fans and open sides for airflow. Fingers crossed for good weather!
