There are 4 free parking lots surrounding the church and shrine. -- Two lots on 5th street (located on each side of the street) -- One lot on Girard Ave (North side - opposite street side of the church) -- One lot on Lawrence Street (street behind the church)

Answer

Complimentary directional parking is available in the garage under The Wannamaker Building for all guests from 5 PM til 2 AM. The entrance to the garage is off of Juniper Street, between Penn Square & Chestnut Street. Bare right onto Juniper Street from Penn Square & the garage will be on your left. Once in the Parking Lot - take the SOUTH SIDE elevator to the Lobby Level. Take the next set of Elevators to the 9th Floor.
