WE'RE GETTING MARRIED!

We met at Flight Deck Brewing. Jared and Nate (Rebecca's brother) were in business together and were opening the Brewery. Jared and Rebecca kept their distance from each other at first but caught eyes here and there. Once the Brewery was up and running, they dated in secret for a few months before breaking the news to family and friends. Shockingly, no one was surprised! Once the relationship was established, Jared and Rebecca gathered pets, moved to the Midcoast, and sought out a place to call home. In 2019 they bought their home and settled in. Their home, with an open door policy, has been a place for friends and family to gather. 5 years into their relationship and after many of life's ups and downs, Jared proposed to Rebecca in Rangeley, Maine atop Bald Mountain. (She was so shocked and forgot to say yes until they climbed down!) Jared designed Rebecca's engagement ring with the help of jeweler Courtney Reckord. The ring holds 2 diamonds from Evelyn Bejcek, Jared's maternal grandmother, and an emerald for Rebecca. Along the edge of the ring is the topography of Ephram Ridge and Spotted Mountain. The view across the pond from their family camp in Rangeley, Maine.
