Welcome Party: Starts at 7:45pm and ends at 10pm. Come when you are able, we can't wait to kick off the wedding weekend with all our guests! Wedding Ceremony: Ceremony starts at 5pm. If you are not taking the busses (which will ensure guests are on time), please ensure arrival by 4:30pm to find your seat.
Welcome Party: Semi-Formal. Semi-formal attire is a dressy, polished look that is more elegant than casual wear but less formal than black tie. Wedding Ceremony & Reception: Black Tie Optional. We ask that you wear a tuxedo or dark suit. Alternatively, an evening gown or midi or knee length cocktail dress would be appropriate.

If the discounted nightly rate ($209) is not populating and you are having difficulties when using the site and calling the hotel directly, please let us know and we will put you in contact with someone who can help.
Transportation will be provided for guests leaving from the Sheraton Grand Nashville Downtown Hotel at 3:30pm sharp. Please arrive 5-10 minutes in advance to grab your seat before the busses take off. There will be 2 busses that can accomodate all guests that will need to get from downtown Nashville to the wedding venue. Whether you are staying at the Sheraton or not please use the busses to get there and back unless you want to Uber over to the venue. The busses will have air conditioning and seats with plenty of space. So sit back relax and enjoy the ride on the way to the venue!

Yes but we encourage all guests to take the busses or uber. If guests are driving to the venue it will require that the open bar is shut down 1 hour in advance of the reception end time.
Our wedding ceremony and reception will be an adults-only occasion. Due to our limited space, we are unable to accommodate everyone with a guest. We have reserved a seat for you and can only accommodate those named on your formal wedding invitation.
