FAQs

If you have any questions that aren’t answered below, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us!
Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly request that you RSVP by June 7, 2024, so we can finalize our guest list and make arrangements.

Question

Is there parking available at Warm Springs Inn?

Answer

Yes, Warm Springs Inn provides ample free parking in a large mowed grass field. A parking attendant will be available to guide guests upon arrival. If you plan on ridesharing home (Lyft, Uber) and need to leave your vehicle overnight, you can pick up your car the next morning.

Question

Is the wedding ceremony and reception held outdoors?

Answer

Yes, both the ceremony and reception at Warm Springs Inn are held outdoors. Please plan accordingly for hot temperatures, especially in Wenatchee during July heat. An assortment of bug sprays, lotions and sunscreen is provided in the cottage bathrooms. Remember to stay hydrated throughout the event!

Question

Can I Bring a Date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are there restrooms located at the venue?

Answer

Warm Springs Inn offers lovely cottage bathrooms equipped with amenities such as lotion and sunscreen. For guests requiring wheelchair accessibility, the “Honey Hut” is specially designed with a wheelchair ramp, handrails, and a rocking chair porch.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, due to space constraints, our wedding will be adults-only, except for those directly involved in the ceremony. We hope you'll enjoy this evening as an opportunity for a date night!

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception will be dressy casual to cocktail. We want to see our friends and family dressed up but understand it will be hot and we want you comfortable! For gentlemen, a button-up shirt is recommended (pants are flexible, but jeans are discouraged). For ladies, we suggest a nice dress and shoes suitable for outdoor terrain—consider opting for a chunky heel or nice flats for comfort on grass!
