Welcome Dinner

6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Dress casually, save the formality for the big day.

Just some pizza, drinks, and little desserts at a campground. We'll set up some yard games, fire pits, speakers, and chairs. The goal is to relax and have fun, so don't worry about the little things. We will be outside so bring whatever you need to survive any weather that may occur (ie: coats, umbrellas, sunscreen)

Ceremony

3:30 pm - 4:15 pm

Cocktail attire only. Please avoid jeans, sneakers, t-shirts, etc. However, the ceremony is outside so be weary of tall, thin heels that may get stuck in the grass.

For those who require assistance getting to the ceremony location, meet in the hotel lobby 30 minutes before the ceremony start time. The hotel staff will cart guests to and from the site.
