Our venue's address is 391 Main St, Aurora, NY 13026. Once you arrive, you'll see signage directing you to the back lawn where the ceremony will take place. There's a small staircase you must descend to access the ceremony space, but our venue also has an elevator on the left side of the lobby that can get you to the right level. Also, the team at Inns of Aurora will offer golf cart assistance to any guests who need it.
We will be providing shuttle service between the The Hilton Garden Inn Auburn and Inns of Aurora. Ahead of the ceremony, there will be a shuttle at [insert departure times]. After the reception, the shuttle will be transporting guests back to the hotel at [insert departure times]. If you are planning to stay the entire weekend in Aurora or Auburn, there are ride share options such as Uber or Lyft available.
Our afternoon ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors alongside the lake. Guests will walk to the ceremony space on paved pathways, but will need to step on grass briefly to take their seats. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended. The reception dinner will take place in the Inns of Aurora event tent space. There's an indoor space where guests can lounge, mingle, and enjoy cocktails.
We are praying for a gorgeous fall day! October in Aurora, NY can reach a high of 65-70 degrees during the day and a low of 40 degrees at night. It may be cooler sitting by the lake as well. We recommend dressing warm for the event or at least bringing a coat or wrap. One thing we love about the Inns of Aurora is that there is no shortage of cozy blankets available for guests and the venue has fire pits that you can enjoy. If there's a chance of rain, umbrellas will be available for every guest.
If you are desperate to watch the Bills vs. Patriots game at 8:20 PM (EST) on October 5th, 2025 then we recommend the Fargo Bar & Grill across the street. However, we will miss your company on the dance floor! We will be heading there for the After Party at 11:00 PM.
