Please RSVP by September 10, 2025 through the RSVP form on our website. We ask that you kindly respond as soon as possible so we can finalize our headcount.
In an effort to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only guest formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accomodated. If you received a plus one, they will appear when you RSVP. If you did not receive a plus one and feel you should have, please reach out to the bride at (585)406-8072. Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
We love your children, but due to space restrictions we cannot accommodate guests under the age of 21 on our wedding day.
If we have not received your RSVP by the date provided, you will automatically be marked as a "no." We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative that we provide our vendors with final guest count within the time frame they have given us. Thank you for your understanding!

No! Our goal is to start the ceremony as close to the listed start time as possible. We recommend arriving 15-30 minutes before the ceremony so you can grab a drink and grab your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony starts, the doors will be closed- you will be able to join us for the reception but will unfortunately miss the entire ceremony.
Yes! There is plenty of parking at Ravenwood. The quickest way to get to the ceremony space is through the side door. You are also welcome to leave your car in the side parking lot overnight!
