We're getting married!

They met during 4th grade, in September of 2002, at Crestwood Elementary School when Wilber sat behind Gladys in class. These two kids soon became close friends which continued throughout their juvenile years. Their friendship quickly blossomed into a lovely relationship. Life took them on different paths, but soon brought them back together. They have been inseparable ever since.

Wilber and Gladys had spent the day together with their Corgi pup, Minnie, and decided to grab dinner. Gladys thought they were heading to their usual dinner spot but was taken by surprise when Wilber took her to the Crystal City Water Park to experience the sunset together. Wilber began to tell Gladys every thing he loved about her and explained that he had wanted to recreate their favorite trip to Niagara Falls, Canada back in the Fall of 2017 as the water fountains looked like miniature waterfalls. Wilber took Gladys by the hand next to the 'waterfalls', got on one knee and proposed!
