Wil & Stephanie met each other in August of 2015 during their English class at High Point University. After a couple of brief interactions, Wil friended Stephanie on Facebook. While messaging each other, they learned that they both spent time involved in their high school's marching band, percussion, and winterguard programs, & had actually competed in the same circuit (CWEA). Funny enough, they had actually been in the same room multiple times, without knowing each other (They later discovered a video of Stephanie performing a solo while Wil was seated in the background)! After learning more about each other, Wil asked Stephanie out to lunch. After much conversation & a dinner date to China Capital, the two made it "official" on October 5th, 2015, in Stephanie's dorm room. From there, Stephanie and Wil's relationship continued to develop from their ages of 18 & 19. The Engagement: On Dec. 24, 2023, Wil planned a Christmas lights & dinner date at the Green Valley Grille in Greensboro. After the two arrived home, Wil surprised Stephanie by hiding an engagement ring in the couple's Christmas tree! On October 5, 2025, Stephanie and Wil will take vows to be married!
