FAQs

The Wedding Website of Wilbert Turner III and Olivia-Jane Ureles
Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Dress code: Black-Tie Optional. Think polished, comfortable, and ready to dance. When in doubt, Iean slightly dressy.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to venue capacity, only guests listed on the invitation are invited. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All indoors.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 20-30 minutes before the ceremony to settle in and find your seat. Please no "fashionably late."

Question

How do I get to the venue? Is it accessible from NYC?

Answer

If you are coming from New York City, Amtrak runs regularly between Moynihan Train Hall at Penn. Station (NYP) and William H. Gray III 30th St. Station (PHIL) – and takes about an hour and half. From 30th Street Station, the venue is just a quick 17-minute drive. Taxis, Ubers, and Lyfts are readily available right outside the station. For those looking to park, directly across the venue, you'll find a garage. If Uber-ing is easier, that works too.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

The venue is located in Center City Philadelphia. There are a number of hotels with availability just a short walk or car ride way. Some options include: DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Philadelphia Center City, Cambria Hotel Philadelphia Downtown - City Center, Club Quarters Hotel Rittenhouse Square.

Question

Will there be food options for dietary restrictions?

Answer

Absolutely. Please note any restrictions on your RSVP, and our caterer will take care of you.
