Maid of Honor
She's the mac to my cheese, the PB to my J & the other love of my life — my maid of honor, Lauren. I've known she would be my MOH since we were 12 & I'm thrilled the day has finally come for her to stand by my side.
Bridesmaid
Amanda is a keeper in more ways than one. She's literally the best zookeeper in the world & one of my very best friends since middle school. She's a total ray of sunshine with the biggest heart & the most infectious laugh — I'm lucky to have her.
Bridesmaid
Anna holds a special place in my heart as one of the very first friends I made in college. She's smart as a whip, funny as hell & a total knockout to boot. Whether we're belting it out at a concert or re-watching Buffy in her basement, I can always count on her for a good time. I don't know where I'd be without her.
Bridesmaid
Jessica is one of the loveliest, funniest, smartest women you'll ever have the pleasure of meeting. She gave me the very accurate nickname "Sprout" and writes poetry that could break your heart — I'm so lucky to have her in my life and in my bridal party.
Bridesmaid
Being the older sister to two younger (but much taller) brothers is fantastic, but I had always wanted a little sister, too. So when my aunt & uncle brought Beth home, I could barely contain my excitement! I've watched her grow into the beautiful, intelligent, hilarious young women she is today & I'm honored to have her as a bridesmaid.
Best Man
I knew back in Tri-City Soccer playing for "Doc Mondul's Kickers" that this guy was going to be in my life forever. The last 20 years with this guy have felt like 20 minutes (underwater). He's been my #1 from the beginning and been by my side at every turn in my life. He's not only the best man, he's my best friend.
Groomsman
Danimal the Manimal. Dan has been a good friend of mine for ~10 years, but he's become a very close friend in the more recent ones. Hard working, honest, and fun loving. He's my guy who is down for whatever, wherever. He's the first one to call when you need to talk, and the first to arrive to the party in true "Bandana Dan" form. You won't find someone that cares less about WHAT we're doing, so long as we're all doing it together. I'm envious of that in Dan. That's why I asked him to be a part of our very special day.
Groomsman
This one is special. I haven't known Pat for as long as I've known the rest of my guys, but you could never tell. We became good friends later in school, but just got right to business. Like we'd been best friends in a past life. We developed an even stronger relationship when he went away to join the ARMY and needed a brother outside of the barracks. You really create a bond in a situation like that. During even the toughest of times, Pat remains undyingly optimistic and a truly genuine person. What you see if what you get. Hell of a man. Hell of a fighter.
Groomsman
I can't NOT smile when I see Tony. The same as Alec, we grew up playing soccer together 20 years ago. When I transferred into public school in 5th grade, I remember vividly in the slew of new faces, that he always felt like home. Without fail we walked together EVERY day from school, it was just a matter of whose house we were going to. He's my biggest confidant, my own personal financial consultant, and my brother.
Groomsman
My oldest friend. Doug and my older sisters were friends before him and I were even part of this world. Naturally, once we were born, we were brought up together. I have the happiest of memories with him, and some of the most physically painful ones, at that. From building incredibly dangerous go-karts in the garage out of dollies and lawnmowers, to 20-mile bike rides, to land speed record attempts. He even took me out for my first beer on my 21st. Everything we did, whether it was new and exciting, or absolutely terrifying, we did it together. We started as boys, and grew into men, with the other to lean on. I'm very excited to have him with me to welcome in this new part of my life.
