Arriving at SeaTac International Airport: - We recommend driving: Head south on I-5 and take EXIT 132B toward Tacoma Narrows Bridge and Belfair, WA. - Or just Ask Jeeves, Siri or Alexa!

Question

Where Do I Park?

Answer

On site parking is limited. We highly recommend carpooling to both Union, WA and also to the Kinney residence with other guests if possible. The Kinney's home sits directly on Highway 106, which has very narrow parking on the side of the road. On the day of the wedding we will have signs to direct guests to the limited spaces available. If you are staying at Alderbrook Resort, the resort can drive you to the Kinney residence, as well as pick you up following the reception.

Question

I'm hungry, where can I get food nearby?

Answer

The wedding will begin at 4:30pm, with light hors d'oeuvres around 5:30pm, however dinner will not be until closer to 7pm. We highly suggest having a hearty lunch before the ceremony. Below are some of our favorite local spots that are close to the wedding venue. - Union Square Deli: Great pizza and sandwiches! - 2 (Dos) Margaritas: Classic Mexican restaurant - Union City Market: Offering fresh locally caught seafood. Small bites with great views. - Alderbrook Resort: Full restaurant dining with Northwest cuisine

Question

Can I bring my child?

Answer

Apologies, this will be an adult only wedding, please leave the kiddos at home.

Question

COVID Update - Good News!

Answer

*Updated June 5th* We are excited to welcome all of our guests and happy to report that with Washington state re-opening on June 30th, our wedding will be in compliance with all state and local regulations. We understand that everyone's comfort level is different, and we want to ensure that all our guest can enjoy the wedding safely. While they are no longer required, we will have masks available for those who wish. We will also have hand sanitizer available throughout the venue. Both Derek and I, as well as our families, have elected to get vaccinated and will do everything we can to ensure everyone's health and safety. Also, we are leaving for an international trip 72 hours after the wedding, that will require a negative covid test. If you are feeling unwell ahead of the wedding or have come in contact with anyone who has tested positive for covid, then we please ask that you stay home and we will celebrate with you at a later date.
