This park provides beautiful views of Fort Sumter and of the Charleston Harbor. The park features lots of grass space, shaded by beautiful old oak trees. The park has a gazebo in the center and features displays of Civil War cannons, and several monuments and statues.

Boone Hall Plantation has been used as a filming location for several movies and TV shows, most notably "The Notebook" and "North and South". Other productions include "Days of Our Lives", "Queen", and "Scarlett".

Brittany went to college here! The campus is stunning to walk around, always recommend to visit the Cistern, this is where graduation happens. There is a tradition that you walk into the cistern on the first day of freshman year and then you walk out on graduation day! It is such a special moment.
