This firecracker has remained a best friend since AIT when we became combat medics. I would not have survived without someone encouraging me to get dessert with every meal or crawling into my top bunk to just lay there and talk about life. It all started in 8th grade history class on Jake's first day of school in a new town. A terrified Jake got sat next to a scary-looking kid wearing all black and skull-adorned clothing. That kid said "sup", and a great friendship was born. Now 10 years later, the skull shirts may be gone, but the friendship is still strong!

How to describe Robert Bruns? He's one of the most dedicated and freakishly athletic people I've ever met. He knows what he wants, and he does it. He might not talk much, but it's always important when he does. I'm so thankful that I got to live with Rob for 4 years in college, and am very happy that our friendship has kept up since graduating!

This is the guy who encouraged both of us to take the leap and go on a first date. There was a lot of fear and uncertainty on Hannah's part and some was amplified by talking it out but after all was said and done, the best advice was the just start walking into uncharted territory and see what happened. And I'm so glad we did because here we are. Mitchery is such a dedicated person. He is studying at St. Andrews working on his PhD in something I'm not even sure about I just know he's trying to help himself and others understand and embody Jesus a little better.
