While it may not be a Cinderella story, it is the story. OUR story. On Friday August 23rd, 2014, Joe41588 sent a message to SarahCaitlin09 that discussed zebra TOMS on her feet, the White Sox, and his impending first day of teaching. Despite wondering why someone was sending messages at 10:30 on a Friday night, Sarah replied. The conversation continued, with Sarah eventually sending her Cincinnati area-coded digits. Texts, #'s and selfies followed, and eventually Sarah asked Joe when he'd call. So he did, like five seconds later at 11. Both knew there was something different about the other. Sarah could tell by Joe's language and interest he was unique, while Joe never felt forced into situations or discussions with her. On Friday, September 19th, it happened. The two met for sushi (California and Snow White roll) and played games at Headquarters, although Joe called it Warehouse to show how smooth he is. Since then, we've lived a life no one could imagine. This includes traveling across the country, moving across the country, dining at restaurants like the Ivy in Beverly Hills and the Taco Bell Cantina on Milwaukee Ave, not seeing a movie in theaters until over a year after we met, Sarah watching WWE, Joe refusing to watch most reality shows, more arcades, more baseball games and, most importantly, falling in love. On March 27th, 2017, Joe proposed to Sarah in front of their families the day before they moved to Los Angeles. In the end, it didn't matter where Sarah found the shoes (a vacation to Florida). What mattered is they met each other. It's a match and a grand slam.
